Beef comes out to $6.50 hanging weight. On average, a whole beef is around 800-900 pounds hanging weight, a half of a beef is around 400-450 pounds hanging weight and, a quarter is 200-225 pounds hanging weight . We take an initial deposit upon reserving your quarter, half or whole, and you will pay the remainder at your time of pickup. Your total will be dependent on the exact weight of the animal you are receiving. We will send you an invoice with the total when we finish processing your beef.
